The product under inspection is optically magnified and measured. Using a program, geometric characteristics such as surface condition, length, angle, shape, and dimensions are measured in three dimensions along the X, Y, and Z axes.

Surface roughness tester

Measurement of surface roughness of the product being inspected.

Rockwell hardness tester

Measurement of the hardness of the specimen’s surface or core.

X-ray coating thickness gauge

Measurement of product surface treatment (plating) thickness in microns (μm), including single-layer, multi-layer, and alloy layers.
